Refund Policy

At Finedu Consultancy we prioritize customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of digital products and educational services, refunds are granted only under specific circumstances, such as technical issues preventing access to purchased content or billing errors. Refund requests must be submitted within seven days of purchase and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be processed within ten business days. Please note that refunds will not be issued for completed sessions or exams.
